Part 2 of Ben & Jennifer’s stay at Lutsen Resort…
We made plans to start the day at Lusten’s Sea Villas so I could photograph Jennifer’s beautiful wedding gown. Lake Superior provided the most beautiful backdrop. Yellow maple trees framed the shot and I knew the rest of the day would be just as magical.
Ben & Jennifer greeted one another for the first time on their wedding day on the famous covered bridge that stands above the mouth of the Poplar River. It is a quaint and picturesque location.
We moved through the rest of the day with joy & ease. Friends and family logged in from hundreds of miles away to view the wedding virtually… vows were exchanged, tears were shed, and so many moments were captured.
I appreciated how much time they provided me to photograph with no rush and a very flexible schedule… Photographing on the North Shore is something I crave, and these two were the most perfect subjects!
Before I made the trek back home I sat in my vehicle and scrolled through the hundreds of photos I took. THANKFUL was all I could feel. The whole 48 stay was a highlight of my year…
