Remember in Mid-December when the temps were in the middle to upper 40’s? The snow was gone and air was thick. I woke up that morning knowing the cold Minnesota temperatures were not going to be our problem…the puddles and mud were.
I met Kristen and her beautiful bridesmaids at Moxy Hair Salon in Nisswa, MN. Because they live out of state, I had yet to meet Kristen and Ryan. I soon realized I was going to be working with two gorgeous, kind, happy, and in love people that day. I appreciated their trust in me and willingness to brave the drizzle and cold for some beautiful imagery.
I wouldn’t have traded the weather on December 13 for ANYTHING…I’m sure everyone envisioned crisp white snow piled upon Grand View’s towering pines, but God had something else in mind. The thick fog added an unbelievably gorgeous element to the day and I couldn’t have possibly hoped for anything more. I love what I do, and every now and then all my stars line up and I am blessed to photograph a wedding like this…
