I’ve referred to them as, ‘My Parents of the North’ ….that’s what your best friend’s parents become when you live 150 miles from your own mom. Carey & Ray recently renewed their wedding vows and celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary on the front steps of their beautiful, memory-filled home surrounded by their children & grandchildren in Lakeshore, MN. To know them is to love them, and I was honored to spend some time with them capturing a rare & meaningful occasion.
