My favorite weddings to photograph are the ones that present me with an extra challenge. 5″ of snow in the middle of fall would be an example.
Courtney and Matty were a dream to photograph. Their fall wedding at Manhattan Beach Lodge in Crosslake, MN resembled a January day, but they embraced the uniqueness that Mother Nature provided. Smiling all day long, despite the cold and and snow, was proof that this day was about a marriage and not just a wedding.
The velvet bridesmaid dresses, the amazing bouquets, the gorgeous dining room, the classic Ford, the non-stop laughter and their loving family and friends all made this a day I will never forget!
