This is my best friend, Dyana and she is marrying the love of her life, Cody, in 7 months.
I first photographed Dyana when I didn’t even know her. She was a single mom to a little girl and she hired me to photograph some fall portraits. We “knew of” each other, but it wasn’t until our worlds collided in the interests of: running, the wedding industry & motherhood that we formed a forever friendship.
Over these past 6 years, we have traveled the country, we have worked weddings & events & we have laughed & cried. We have run miles, raised girls & and consumed countless cups of coffee over hours of conversation together. I have photographed her family, her floral design, their new baby boy, and now her engagement session. I am SO excited to say I’m NOT photographing their February wedding. Sometimes you get to be the friend who stands alongside the another at the altar instead.
